# Deposition Summary Builder

Create structured deposition summaries for litigation teams.

## Intake

1. Case caption and deponent role
2. Transcript or excerpt with page-line references
3. Key issues or claim/defense themes
4. Prior inconsistent statements (if any)

## Workflow

1. Identify testimony by issue/theme
2. Capture direct quotes with page-line cites for key admissions
3. Flag inconsistencies with prior statements or documents
4. Note credibility observations (factual, not argumentative)
5. Recommend follow-up discovery or motions where supported
