Supply initiating documents, parties, jurisdiction, owners and actual conflict-check status. Review the proposed narrative and log entry before writing; then inspect the saved files. Verify deadlines separately and preserve pending conflicts. Creating a matter record neither clears conflicts nor confirms that a preservation notice was issued.
