Who we are

Legalai.guide is an educational website for lawyers and legal-operations professionals. Privacy enquiries: hello@legalai.guide.

What data we collect

This policy explains what happens when you browse, search, contact us or subscribe: which information is processed, which services receive it, and the choices available to you.

Analytics data

Google Analytics loads before you choose. While analytics storage is denied, it can send consent-state and page-measurement signals without analytics cookies. Accepting enables analytics cookies; declining keeps that storage denied. Our Google Analytics workflow events are sent only with consent and do not contain copied prompt text or matter documents. Vercel separately collects site analytics and interaction events, including search terms and clicked destinations, independently of that Google Analytics choice. Do not enter confidential client information in site search.

Contact information

When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, subject and message are stored in Supabase. If email forwarding is configured, the submission is also sent through Resend to hello@legalai.guide; saving the form does not depend on successful email forwarding. If you email us directly, we retain your email address and message to handle your enquiry. Do not include confidential client information.

Newsletter updates

If you subscribe, Beehiiv processes your email address to send a confirmation email and requested newsletter updates. You can unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter. We do not send your email address to analytics.

Cookies

Local storage keeps your theme and analytics-consent choice. Optional workflow progress stays on your device and records the page identifier, title, link, completion state and update time. Google Analytics sets optional analytics cookies only after Accept; declining does not stop its cookieless signals or Vercel analytics described above. We do not use advertising cookies. You can change your choice in Cookie settings.

We do not sell or rent personal data, or provide it to third parties for their own marketing. The service providers described above process data to operate the site, handle enquiries or send requested newsletters.

Data retention

Contact enquiries are retained for up to 12 months after the last communication, unless you request earlier deletion. Beehiiv retains newsletter subscription data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, subject to any legally required suppression record.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
