Prepare a data-processing agreement review with /privacy-legal:dpa-review after configuring the privacy-legal plugin. Supply the agreement, annexes, actual controller or processor role and approved positions. The output is a clause-by-clause memo with proposed changes. Check processing scope, security annexes and transfer assumptions against source documents and applicable law; missing annexes remain unresolved, not compliant by default.
